Q: How long does my subscription last?

A: Subscriptions are done on a yearly basis based on purchase date. For example, if you purchase a subscription on Jan. 4, 2021, it will expire at midnight Eastern time on Jan. 3, 2022.

Q: Does a subscription grant me access to the entire site?

A: Yes, and you can view courses as many times as you'd like while your subscription is active.

Q: Where can I go to update my profile information?

A: To change your SPEAK profile information, visit https://nacha.elevate.commpartners.com/profile

Q: Do I have to create new login information?

A: No. SPEAK is tied to your nacha.org account using Single Sign On (SSO). Use your nacha.org login information to log into SPEAK.

Q: How many continuing education credits is a course worth?

A: It depends on the length of the course. AAP and APRP continuing education guidelines still apply to SPEAK (1 credit for every 50 minutes, with a maximum of 10 hours per year in self-study). The temporary waiver due to COVID-19 is still in effect. Some courses pertaining to a topic are so short that multiple courses within that topic must be completed to earn credits for the entire series. Content that is and is not eligible for credits is marked as such in its description.

Q: How often will new content be uploaded?

A: Regularly. If you've begun courses within a particular subject matter you will automatically be notified when new courses are added to that subject.

Q: What happens if I do not renew my SPEAK subscription by its end date?

A: If your subscription isn't renewed by its end date you will automatically lose access to SPEAK. Once your subscription is renewed, that renewal date becomes your new active date and access to SPEAK is restored.

Q: Will I be sent a reminder that my subscription is ending?

A: Yes. You will receive notifications leading up to the end date. We also recommend setting a calendar reminder.

Q: Where do I go to renew my subscription?

A: All subscriptions must be renewed through nacha.org.

Q: Can I purchase bulk subscriptions for my organization?

A: At this time we are only offering individual subscriptions.

Q: Who can I contact if I have additional questions?

A: Please email education@nacha.org.
